Case Sealer D45NC

Automatic top flaps closure of random carton size. Control system through a PLC, ensuring the automatic adjustment of case width and height.
The machine is equipped with a glue dispenser and carton centering to ensure carton automatic infeed and separation.

The fully automatic, self-adjusting top flap folding carton sealer, model D45NC, meets all the possible performances and versatility such a machine, using self-adhesive tape, should deliver.
Cases are fed from a filling line; the machine sorts them one by one and adjusts automatically to their individual width and height.
Top flaps are automatically folded close and tape is applied both on top and bottom, however it is required.
Outputs may reach up to 7 cases/min, depending on the diversity of cases dimensions.
As a fully automatic system it may be fed from different production lines. It is a flexible unit, which may be adapted to almost every type of case.
