HM11 & HM11/TB

Automatic carton sealer with Hot-Melt gluer for top and top + bottom gluing

Automatic top carton flaps folder device.

Manual adjustment on the different carton sizes (width-high-length) by handles.

Side motorised driving belts (2 x 75 mm wide each) – Motors 0,18 HP each

Adjustable Working High 500 – 750 mm.

Top (or Top+Bottom) gluing unit spreading the glue on the top (or Top+Bottom) cartons flaps while boxes are passing through the HM11, before top flaps folding.

For the HM11/TB only: Bottom gluing unit allowing minimal bottom flaps opening to spread the glue while the boxes are passing through the machine and then closing the bottom flaps while the top are also folded.

Once glued the boxes are kept pressed to allow a proper adhesion.

Hot-Melt generator (ROBATECH – Standard, other brands on request) on an independent trolley with casters with 5 Kg thank, tube and gun with four spreading valves included on the top (HM11 version) and identical on the bottom in the HM11/TB version.

• Sealing programmes to be memorized and recall
• Timer setting to allow pre-heating adjustment

Control panel comprehensive of:

• Main Switch Start + Stop Bottoms & Stop Emergency Bottom 
   
• PLC (OMRON standard other brands on request) to set machine parameters
   
• System to control the box glued passing through by magic eyes

Side safety protections connected to electro-pneumatic disconnection switches and stop emergency bottom

Production capacity within 10/18 bpm depending from box sizes
