Automatic 32 mm steel and polyester strapping machine to logitudinal and transverse strapping of package
This Strapping Machine can use steel and polyester strap simultaneously, as it has two strap dispensers and two strap stores. This machine adapts to the customer's requirements as far as the size of the package to be strapped is concerned.

The feed head moves vertically and once the number of straps has been programmed, the package advances over a roller bed in order for longitudinal straps to be applied. Then the package withdraws and is rotated 90o before advancing again for the corresponding cross straps to be applied. Once the entire strapping operation has been performed, the package leaves the Strapping Machine via a roller bed. Total time for each strapping cycle is 16 seconds.

Strapping dimensions:
     . Strapping minimum width: 200mm.
     . Strapping maximum length: 6m.
     . Strapping maximum height: 2m.

The strapping process can be completed manually as well as automatically.

In this video, the Strapping Machine it¨s working to a velocity of the 30%, so that, the client can appreciate the movements with more clarity. This machine is capable of carrying out a strapping in 16 seconds.
