V series mechanical fillers

Series V fillers can be used for glass and PET bottles, and they are especially suitable for the filling of carbonated (CSD and sparkling water) and still products.

Filling technology is of isobaric level type. All filling cycle phases are managed through mechanical drives, controlled by cams.

The V series has also an electro-pneumatic version: each phase of the filling cycle is controlled by pneumatic valves instead of cams. This configuration allows the setting of the filling cycle by panel (through recipe) and its modification according to the requirements of the product being filled.
